In the role of Customer Care Specialist you will be the conductor of smiles and harmony in our clinic — responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments and the smooth running of reception.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and greeting every patient with a warm smile
  • Efficiently managing appointments and the clinic schedule
  • Coordinating daily reception and front-office activities
  • Ensuring a smooth flow and an impeccable experience for patients
